Definitions:

· One Academic hour = 45 minutes.
· Minimum lesson duration = 60 minutes.
· Every month the agreed number of hours of study is min…*.

For group sessions the basic conditions are applicable, and the prices are discussed and depend on the number of students in the group.

*The minimum monthly number of hours of study is established 1-2 months after beginning of the classes.

 

Terms:

• Please agree in advance with your teacher a monthly schedule for the frequency and duration of lessons.
• Lessons for the entire month should be prepaid at the first lesson of the period.
• If any lesson has to be postponed, please will you ensure that a minimum of 48 hours notice is given to your teacher. Any postponed lesson will be rescheduled for another date. If for any reason a lesson is postponed with less than this minimum notice period, the lesson will be charged for in full, and not rearranged. Should your teacher have to cancel your lesson for any reason, this lesson will be rearranged for a mutually convenient time, or alternatively deducted from the following months fees.
• If you need to have lessons out of the city, please discuss supplementary conditions with your teacher.
• Your teacher will prepare and recommend the training materials and textbooks individually for each student to purchase, based upon a preliminary interview to determine student’s current language level, and any specific requirements.
